I have just returned from almost a month in India this fall. I thought for sure the 24 hour flight alone would kill me. I anticipated barely being able to walk. However I got off the plane and there was NO PROBLEM. Then I thought for sure the 9 hours of riding in a touring care the next day would really give me a back ache, but NO PROBLEM.
